Why doesn't the Navigation have Motion Control?

Its possible it was using the cam to detect the movement of the left arm.

The Eye does have some motion tracking, so I guess it'd work for simple things such as thrusting. That would explain why the guys on the fighting game and the sports use the Wands instead.

more likely it has a sixaxis in it like the ps3 controller that can tell when your moving it
