In fact you'll get it free as a DD if you already own it on PC and if you buy it on PS3 you'll get a DD copy for your Mac and PC.
Expect cross platform multiplayer between PS3, Mac and PC too. Best get practicin on your Move controllers because dual analog ain't gonna cut it.
...............and don't rule out Half Life 3 being PS3/PC exclusive.
