lol...thats pretty funny as I have the exact same CPU and Heatsink.
Works great! That heatsink lowers your CPU temp by at least 10 degrees over stock heatsink.
Using that heatsink I have the CPU overclocked to 4 Ghz. And it runs 45-55 degrees during operation. Stock one was doing that when idling...
