Wow I think most people missed the point of this thread...
If I ran Sony there would be so many things I'd want to do like:
- Formally announce to the world THERE WILL NEVER BE A FINAL FANTASY 7 REMAKE
- Buy back the rights to Crash Bandicoot and get Naughty Dog to reboot the franchise (after finishing Uncharted 3)
- I would cancel the playstation move altogether and instead ramp up production on core games like Killzone 3, Uncharted 3, SOCOM 4, Last Guardian, Twisted Metal, Syphon Filter PS3, Jak and Daxter PS3, Warhawk Sequel, The Getaway 3, Heavenly Sword 2 and Infamous 2.
- Release a Super Slim PS3 Fall 2011 which is even smaller than the PS3 Slim and will drop the price to $199 (or just $249 if we can't afford to drop it by $100)
- I'd get to work on creating a PS4 which would be released in 2014 (or sooner if Nintendo and MS announce consoles). It would still use Blu-ray as its disk format and it would have more power and even better graphics but be no more than $300.
