Glad to hear user reviews giving good feedback on both a working product and ultimately FUN for the family.
Seems when people actually play it they like it.

Let's just wait till those casuals, non console owners, realize that it will cost them $300 plus $50 (if they focused on Kinectimals or Dance Central) to have it.
Not so FUN now...Especially if the Wii, as I expect it, gets a price cut at 149 $ in a few weeks

The Wii sold huge amounts at alot higher price than that. In fact all the time in the UK at least Wii has been selling awesome and yet the price for a basic setup is about the same as Kinect plus 360. So not sure what you mean?
If it's fun, they will pay. Because thats what happens to the next big thing.

Wii sold a huge amount because word of mouth of the early adopters.
IMHO, Not sure the fun will last any longer than a couple of hours for Kinect's early adopter.
As a casual, I would be very cautious before buying Kinect and would test it several times (not just 15-20 minutes) with several different games before investing in it

Really? I thought casuals bought more on impulse, and trying something once or twice at a friends house. I don't know many casuals who research games at all to be honest. To them its just a toy. I think kinect is totaly marketed at the casuals, and I think it has a great chance of capturing that market.
