Be careful with what you eat. They eat so badly.

what do you mean buy that? what do you guys eat, moose and pancakes with maple syrup. lol

lol no I mean the food (mostly in restaurants) is very salty and fat and the meals are so huge. Everytime I go to the US, I come back being disgusted of eating.

It's not just that. Our food quality is very very low because of trying to sell it for the cheapest price possible. Some of our food isn't even real. Just chemicals that have the same flavor, and there is corn in pretty much everything. Our meat is injected with steroids and the cow meat needs to be washed in ammonia to clean it of disease or parasites.

There is no limitation of MSG (mono-sodium glutamate) or high fructose corn syrup.

If you buy food from a supermarket, try to buy it at whole foods or trader joes, or if you can't, try to find a supermarket with an organic section. If you go out to eat, avoid fast food. Just treat it like it's a post office or something. There's no food in there. :P And don't feel like you have to eat everything just because we give it to you. Most of the time over here you can split an order with a friend and still have some left over.

I like all of this so called unhealthy food. It's cheap and convient. Healthy and organic food usually cost way more and it has no taste to it. This is off-topic though,I'll stop derailing this guy's thread now. lol

That's the problem, innit? The food that's cheap, no, le'ts be serious. The chemicals that are cheap are designed to taste as amazing as possible. Organic food has flavor, it's just that we've gotten to used to eating shit. You can always put salt on your organic food, or use other herbs and spies to improve flavor. I eat organic about twice a week, and it really just depends on how you prepare the food. Also, you can eat fish. Fish is very good for you and as long as it's free range (not farmed) it's healthy and tasty.
