Gow, it's the weekend in the middle of august, it's comprehensible that people who already signed up didn't appear much on the forums.
However i think it's a good idea to close it at the end of the day, we're sunday, so a start of monday is just fitting.
Sorry that you have to rebalance a bit, but i'm sure it'll still be a great game (you seem to have put a lot of effort into it, so it can only be good =).
In any case, we can still have 2 signups during day 1... just that they'll have a 50% chance of being scum lol =D (well depends on how you rebalance).
