The Segway may not be popular or overly useful, but how is it one of the 'worst' inventions ever? We could make the same cause for a laundry list of cars (which one did make the list) or for that matter; toy scooters that serve no purpose except for fun (Razor anyone). Or how about sneakers with a wheel built into the heel?
At least the Segway works, unlike many other things not on that list (which sell millions I may add).
