If you're asking me, then I did get the Wurtzite Bangle, I just didn't level it up to star level, but I leveled it up enough for it to boost like 2400/2500 HP (I don't remember the exact number).
If you're asking akibafan, then I don't know :P He probably got it but he just forgot about it or something like that because there's no way to get the Treasure Hunter trophy without getting ALL accessories and ALL weapons :P Unless he found a bug in the game? xD
