Hmm, this was a bit hard but here goes my personal top 10 franchises (Im excluding Anime to make it easier and this is in no particular order)
Farscape
All Star Treks (yes all of them)
All Stargates (yes including Universe)
A Town Called Eureka
Battlestar Galactica (Including the old and new series as well as Caprica)

Earth Final Conflict
V (both even tho original > new series)
