When Reach comes about, it'll draw in new buyers. But it's when Kinect hits when new buyers will truly come into the fold, and continuing into 2011.

Do you honestly think that close to a million people are replacing or will replace their working Xbox 360s with a new model just because it's come out?

That's exactly what they are doing, replacing or buying a second unit. Otherwise, we would see a big boost in software sales for the 360, which is not the case at all
