My #5 will be either (depending on subjective quality) Patrician IV, Jane Jensen's Gray Matter, Enslaved: Odyssey to the West or Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom.

I will probably get Mafia II as well, but I didn't count it as it already releases this month.
