HP bolstering accessories go as high as 3000 extra HP.

no they dnt, i hve platinumed ff13, I knw.

I have platinumed Final Fantasy XIII too and I have a Wurtzite Bangle in my accessories and it's true, it starts with 1500 hp boost but gives you 3000HP when upgraded to max level. Load your save file or use google and you'll see that it's true :P
