Apparently she posted that photo and others to demonstrate her botox-free face in a show-off-wrinkles-and-veins way.
Didn't know who she was until now anyway.
P.S. People are like games, some do age well! In any case, in 20ish years I'll take a fit body over a smooth face anyway (plus it's fat people who get fewer wrinkles early on).
