Well I guess I'll be posting right after my last post...
Junk tastes so disgusting since I've replaced it with fruits and veg. It tastes so over the top now. Way too sweet or too salty or fatty. I have a really sweet tooth and even most desserts taste too sweet now. We have some plain vanilla ice cream and it kills my mouth. I have made some brownies, low fat, low calories and much less sugar and they're amazing! I much prefer to do the foods myself now.
I've only realised that now. I understand why people like junk food so much and find healthy stuff bland, their taste buds have been killed by it!
I'm so glad that I now enjoy the healthy stuff. Especially grapes. I could eat so many of them! :3
