You will have a very hard time convincing developers that they should optimize a game for the PS3 if its coming out for the PC as well.
In this case, this game is almost like a PC sponsored exclusive, with both consoles getting a last minute ports. Nvidia is backing this thing up with Physx and 3D vision.
