Planescape: Torment - Move Edition?

cool just looked that game up, yes it does have similarities story wise that I did not realise, I just have to wait for Darth now on his story idea update but seriously what do you think for the move idea I described, any good for you??

Yes, being able to be more immersed in a game like Torment, as long as developers don't give up to the temptation of dumbifying it in other aspects, could make it even more epic. I guess, though, that making a game as big as Torment adding Move and 3D to it would be quite a titanic effort.

Edit: about movement, just test if your idea is more or less ergonomic than using that Move's navigation thingamajig.

lol well basic movements can be achieved via navigator (left-right-up-down movement of your character) and move used for actions such as attacking, interacting with objects, and navigating (to help find out which direction you are headed). camera control whilst zoomed in to your character can be done with move/or navigator depending on what is easier.

I would love to test out how practical it is but I don't have move yet, and no SDK Kit, but I have tried out the move and know this kind of idea is definately possible, but may be awkward

OK, sounds nice, it could become a control combo as quick as mouse plus keyboard.

I still suspect that once you figure the best control scheme and that problem is over, the biggest difficulty will be the size the project could reach.

Edit: had to add the "plus" word between mouse and keyboard, plus sign disappearing isn't solved yet, GRRRRRRRR!
