Neither.

He is an attention seeking flamer with anger issues. By flamer, I mean flagrantly gay. Nothing wrong with it, my gaydar just went high wire after seeing his picture. Just stating the obvious.

Who here wants to predict he will sue JetBlue for sexual discrimination?

LOL... I thought I was the only person who noticed that.

Well most male flight attendants are gay, at least from what I've experienced, never seem to be attractive either ... weird

To be fair, he has an ex-wife who has supported him 100% throughout this spectacle.

Having gay family members myself and having acquaintances in the gay community, men coming out in their 30s and 40s after a marriage and  children is not uncommon.

As for flight attendants, I work 10pm-6am in mental health, but I do not know how these people sleep at night with a job where you may change timezones every day or two at work. I have to give props to flight attendants, male or female, for not only putting up with the constant change in time, but having to deal with fliers who have this sense of entitlement laced with rage when it comes to their luggage.

In this case, I would say hero because of the demands of his job and going out bigger than most would not have the balls to do. As for the actions he undertook with the activating of the emergency exit ramp, I don't see him getting a severance package or lawsuit settlement anytime soon unless he was discriminated for being gay, which would explain his actions moreso than one customer hitting him in the head with her carryon luggage.
