I hope this becomes reality! I've been saying this for a while, I expect a PSPhone that will be able to play all Psone and PSP games, plus Minis and a lot of new exclusive stuff around augmented reality, touchscreen etc. Will the spec from this news be enough to play all PSP games? It would make sense and would be great.
About exclusives, they'll be basically from Sony, like we are already seeing on PS3. If anything, Sony will be the biggest winner here because a lot more titles could also come to their system, it doesn't really matter if they are exclusive or not. The system exclusives will come, once again, from Sony.
And the piracy stuff, maybe they have learned something with the PSP Go (no gaming hack there yet, right?). If true, this will be pretty big! I hope they announce it soon.
