As for the Versus guy. I'd say he was more boyish so "cute" would apply most if you were so inclined. From the trailer he doesn't have the same womanly cheekbones and his body is much more propotionate for a kid.

No, he has more child like qualties though as far as his facial structure is though. It's still a little more "roundish". You can still be older and have childish qualties to your physiology and anatomy either way.
