$50 is an insult to any system. You may as well admit it that you hate the system or the games on it. That would have been a better answer.

I know that here in Australia, no system has reached $50. Even the crappy Gamecube that sold like 250,000 units here dropped to $80 minimum. 

PS2 is still $99AUD, for it to get to $50 it would have to be out for a few more years on the market.

You just don't see that different people value different things. Some might deem a product almost priceless and to some the same product is worthless. That's how it goes. You should not get insulted if people hold different values than you.

I think the original post was about brand new system dropping in price to a leave HD owners were willing to pay. Not sloppy seconds from some unknown person.
