Someone said it was CGI? Must have been a setup scenario for Bungie to come back and respond. I don't know how anyone could make that mistake.
Yaknow all MGS4 cutscenes were ingame too, and they were more breathtaking than that one. Not to invite a comparison here, just saying that the CGI comment is just so ridiculous.
Also, there is a difference between a cutscene "ingame" and what the game will play like. Ingame cutscenes are scripted and are never something you should expect from the actual gameplay.
