The worst offense by EA was making Shale and the Warden's Keep in Dragon Age: Origins DLC if you did not buy Dragon Age: Origins within the first couple weeks.
Shale and Warden's Keep were already done and supposed to be in the game, but EA decided to withhold them in order to milk the late coming buyer out of more money for what should have been the full experience from the get go, not DLC.
