I wouldn't leave you 360 standing up vertically like that, I did so for years and all it did was destroy my copy of fable 2 when I knocked it over when it was running. I didn't learn this lesson and I destroyed Halo 3 last week right before I was going to practice for REACH. I don't know if the new box has this problem but I wouldn't recommend standing it vertically ever.
