I would kinda doubt it, given A: Capcom's track record of teasing things that never happened (though they did tease things that did happen, like with TvC, so that argument's shaky), B: Okami helped to convince Capcom to shut Clover down, so the suits can't be too keen on bringing it back, C: possible expense of a project, it may take quite a bit to get that game's beautiful art in high res, especially depending on how high they wish to go, or how they plan on doing it...
I mean, Okami came to Wii when all those arguments against it were also true (except the expense one to a point, though Wii had to have control revamping), so who really knows?
