Machinarium is not very good. It's meant to be a point & click but most of it consits of these stupid puzzles which really spoil any enjoyment I had in the game.

well I heard a lot of praise for it from reviewers and some people around here (okr for example)

But I do agree that $20 for an indie game is too much.

The game has a great artstyle, music, atmosphere etc...

The problem with the game is that it has some of the worst puzzles I have ever seen in a point & click game.

Puzzles in a point & click adventure usually involve items, talking to people and interacting with things in the environment. I'm assuming that the developers were too lazy to do any of this which was probably the reason why they shoehorned dozens of annoying logic puzzles into the game. Including a game of tic tac toe (for real) on an oversized board which is incredibly boring -_- If I wanted to play tic tac toe, I would get a piece of paper and play it.

About the price. Machinarium and World of Goo are both the most expensive and the post pirated indie games. Coincidence?
