That CPU is great. With an aftermarket passive cooler you can overclock it up to 4Ghz.

But that mobo is complete garbage.

Get a mobo that supports SLI or crossfire.

If I was bulding a 700 dollar gaming rig, Id build the following.

AMD Phenom 965 Cpu - 180 bucks

Average SLI mobo - ~130 bucks

GTX 460 - 200 bucks

650 Watt PSU - 50 bucks

Basic antec case - 40 bucks

4 GB of ram - 100 bucks

err...there goes 700 and we're still missing hard drive, OS, DVD rom, keyboard and mouse...not to mention monitor if you don't have one.

Damn, all those people saying that you can build a gaming computer under 600 bucks are nuts. Im looking at you Shio...

 

Well you don't need a 200 bucks graphics card or a $180 CPU, there are motherboards cheaper than that, and no one says that you can build a gaming computer for under $600 including the monitor. Excluding the monitor, yes.
