No offense to the people that like this storyline....but I think its pretty lame...and the result would have been a game not as good as God of War III.

1. The priorities of what mythology they will focus on will be disturbed.

2. They will have too much enemy types to work on...I thought the normal enemies in GoW 3 were balanced very well...

3. The gods dying when people stop believing in them is sorta....meh....

4. Kratos' goal was to detroy Olympus, and to achieve his vengeance on zeus...why should he care about the gods from the other mythologies...

5. GoW already incorporated time travel in God of War II that led to enough plot holes already...putting in different timelines and other mythologies as a result would have been pretty bad...

I can see why Stig Asmussen decided to make God of War III the way it was...and it was pretty epic wasn't it ? Though I thought GoW II was better, part 3 was not bad at all....except maybe near the end parts of the game.

But I could see this becoming great with a little tweaking...after all, Zeus only died at the end of God of War III !!!

Maybe on GoW IV they should focus on an Egyptian version and GoW V a Norse version... would be great imo...
