It was the best value one I could find which balanced price / reasonable quality and features from the 5 minutes I could allocate to find one.

So whats the deal with the Windows 7, how much will that cost you? Also which case do you prefer of the 3 I have listed so far?

I personally don't think you'd notice the difference with that CPU. You'd need a high end $1000 gaming setup to even begin to notice the difference.

the windows 7 will cost me about $30. Okay i will get that cpu. But in the future though won't some games require 3 ghz. Like The old republic already requies 2.6 or 2.8 ghz to play (i think, not sure). Eventually games like crysis 2 will require at least 3 ghz right? Oh and i prefer the 1st choice since it is quiet, and includes a good psu. I should have no problem fitting all of this in right?
