$399 makes the most sense for the price of this bundle. Now with 2 bundles, I wonder which one will make the biggest impact. My prediction would be the Arcade bundle, seeing as Kinect is aimed at casuals and most of them probably don't care about having more harddrive space to download content on to.

I would definately say the Arcade bundle. The 250GB's $100 premium is a little over-priced now that all Arcade units come with 4GB of space. Personally it would be better if they reduced that premium to $80. I think my slight price adjustments make a lot of sense given the relative value which exists between the console SKUs now. I suspect that the overall sales ratio of the Arcade to 250GB console will skew even more strongly towards the Arcade.
