I found it insulting that the game is actually telling me to "push Y " to counter. I come from the whole twitch based aspect of fighting games...Streets of Rage, Final Fight etc..and these things are not very twitch based. More like guitar heros push yellow button.

Otherwise everything else was meh as well. Some nice boss fights, but for every cool boss fight there was 2 lame ones.

But I am clearly in minority as everyone is going gaga for Batman.

Also they take away visual cues for countering when you turn up the difficulty.

See I didn't know that... Its fine though, I don't think that alone was the reason I disliked it. I played it on PC too, which had amazing 3D vision effect. Batmans cape in your face looks pretty badass. :)

It did look and sound great but I just didn't think it was fun to play.
