1. pubs are useful for men in the winter. The reasons your balls are in a bag outside your body is because they requier a temperature colder than your own to produce the little kids. In the winter, they aren't heated as well, hence why there is the fur to keep them worm.
That is the natural reason at least. For women... well I guess it's only because it's there genetically for men and likely not on the Y chromosome, cause it's more of a hazard as it's basically in their way sortof.
2. If hair dye doesn't render you steril, there is no reason for balls die to do so. read the package. If you think the skin will absorb toxins down there, then it also does on your head, although to a lesser extent.
3. I found a blue hair in my pubs once... didn't dye it though.... I guess my melanine is one mutation away from blue? wierd
