well if you already have the ps eye just buy the move for $49.96 (amazon.com) or £32.91(amazon.co.uk), I don't know how much it will be for china, and I don't know when it will get released over in your country, but ours is coming in september 15th 2010 and you can buy it online so just keep your eye open for ps move around september in gaming shops:P:P
if you don't have the ps eye you will need the starter kit which is $100 in the US, and comes with a game(SPORTS CHAMPIONS) and downloadabe demos, or get the UK £50 starter kit which only comes with a demo disk (with 9 demo's including sports champions which is the best move game).
