I once was asked by a charity if I could donate some money. After blabbing on for about 10 minutes I thought it was a worthy cause and said yeah why not. They then asked me if I was over 21 years of age. At that point I wasn't.

Now in Australia 18 is when you're legally an adult as in alchohol, smoking, voting everything. You can do anything an adult can legally do because you ARE AN ADULT. When I informed him that, he said it was because it was an international charity.

I was very pissed about being excluded considering the laws of the soveriegn country I'm a citizen of...

I told him that in the future he shouln't WASTE my time and ask it outright and that I would never be giving money to his charity ever, until that is changed.

Just rediculous.

EDIT I know its not directly related, but silly rules are silly thats all I'm saying.
