Badly reviewed games or good reviewed games that turned out to be flops?
For the former, any game post Conker's Bad Fur Day from Rare during the 2000s until Perfect Dark Zero and Viva Pinata was garbage and ports.
Command & Conquer 3 is another noticeable craptacular game on my radar.
As for the flops, we have plenty this year and you need to look no further than Yahoo!News. The most striking are Alan Wake, Blur, Green Day Rock Band, and Split/Second. The Tiger Woods game flopping is understandable due to his 10 different mistresses.
Going by sales, you can put ModNation Racers in the flop category.
