Ah, it's nice to hear it's fixed. Hopefully they will continue improving the software to eliminate all problems and further extend the possibilities of Kinect.

IMHO and unfortunately, it's too late for the launch games, future games wil probably allow you to seat but not those available on november the 4th

And tell me which of the games would make sense at all to be played sitting?  The sitting was only important for the dashboard.  The launch games were specifically targeted to get your arse off the couch and moving.  The only one that could possibly have a sitting mode is Joy Ride, but if you actually played it you would know that key aspects of the game involved you moving the whole body

A good example to your question would be racers....a racing game while standing is imho silly ..unless it's a horse race you shouldn't be in that kind of a position
