Ah, it's nice to hear it's fixed. Hopefully they will continue improving the software to eliminate all problems and further extend the possibilities of Kinect.

IMHO and unfortunately, it's too late for the launch games, future games wil probably allow you to seat but not those available on november the 4th

Actually, there is no reason why the launch games can't incoporate the updated software libraries.
