Believe it or not, this is a good thing. Unlimited accounts prevent fair ranking. It's unfortunate for people who share one comp within a family... but with unlimited accounts people can constantly create smurfs accounts and clownstomp others. Most of the families I know with SC players, have multiple PCs and got more than 1 copy so they could play together...
