It has to be The Last Gaurdian for me. If the NinoKuni PS3 version is much different than the DS one, I'd have to choose that as the runner-up. I'd go a step further and say that they're my two most anticipated games, period.
To be honest, there isn't much on the horizon on any platform at the moment that has me extremely hyped (first time in years!), StarCraft 2 pretty much sated my gaming wants and will likely do so for a good year or so.
