I'm surprised it hasn't been released or even announced, it has been almost 3 years. I guess Microsoft just wants more people to buy an Xbox 360, but they could make a lot of money if they released it on the PC.

can't make money off XBL that way, a lot of people pay XBL just to play Halo for years.
