Signed gives you much more insurance. It means that you can check where the product is. If a signed product is lost on travel say goodbye, you will be left in the dark :=} In your case, when the delivery cost is around 6 euro it means it is signed.
I pre-ordered the game, and got it for 33£. I predicted the demand for the game would be huge and the price would rise to these levels, like RDR.
If you find a game available for pre-order at 30£ do it cause when its released it will go to 35£ and if it has high sales it obviously rises.
