With the full FCOM Convergence experience, even the initial sewers are filled with new enemies and overall baddies population 
Some of the dungeons become a bit too tough though, due to the no level scaling. Especially the Light of Dawn quest of OOO which pits you against the lord of all Vampires. He's a Level 50 bad-ass vampire with 8 Level 30 elite vampires surrounding him >_<
