Also, there's a convergence patch between OOO's gameplay changes and Francesco's Levelled Items/Monsters, Oblivion Warcry and Martinger's Monster Mod.
That mod, the FCOM convergence, occupies a whopping 12 GB in my HDD, but it's totally worth it
I forgot you were so big on Oblivion. Good to hear!
What is Oblivion Warcry?
Oblivion Warcry adds 250 new items and 150 new opponents, all re-balanced to the new level system implemented by OOO (no more level scaling for monsters and items, which makes the game fairly hard, especially when you stumble into Vampire lairs, which are level 20 and above).
It also adds some "sets" (like the sets in Diablo, only without bonuses for using the full set).
Uhm.. in what way 150 opponents? I mean, Vanilla has like 60 different mobs, and OOO only added like a dozen more (off the top of my head). If you define them based on species that is. Then of course if you include each named NPC or boss as an "opponent" you could easily get hundreds.
So how does this Battlecry define these 150 new opponents? 150 new bandits?
It's 150 different variants of opponents that were already on Oblivion (with different meshes and stats) and includes new ones. Off the top of my head, it includes Skeleton Mages, Araveji Zombies and more.
Here's a trailer which gives you a kick look at Warcry
