This is MicroSoft, who was really expecting something reliable from them...only X360 fans comes in mind.
You could blame it on the flashes. You could blame it on the players not knowing what they were doing. You could make any excuses to defend kinect. Or simply you could just blame it on Kinect being a load of (censored 
) that's more concept than substance.
