Yes this one I don't believe either. I think you would be dead after 14 shots, maybe he meant to say 4.

 

Some nations have higher tolerances than others.

So I believe it considering I have had 3 shots of Bacardi 151 (75.5%) before one of my exams. 

Anyway the most I have drank was a bottle of Bacardi 151, few premium beers and at the end of the night I went out and the bar tender at the club dared me to drink some weird shit with Tabasco sauce in it (as I asked for Bacardi and he didn't have it). Because I did, he gave me a free cocktail of mixed stuff.
