i really don't see the girliness in the pictures you post
but don't forget, pretty men and women tend to look more alike than not so pretty men and women
cause many of the factors that make up what we call beauty, are the same for men and women, like the form of the face, the lines of the nose, and the cheeks, the form and edge of the jaws etc.
that's why in japanese arts men and women tend to look alike, cause the artist give them that kind of what we call 'beauty',
but still
Sephiroth is very manly, and even more when compared to some other male characters..
