Actually, if you take a look at the right side of tracks scan, you'll see all 70 tracks there. GT5 has both the tracks from GT4 and GT:PSP. It does indeed have shortened/special variants of the tracks, but there's more than just 30 unique race tracks there.

If you count reverse, then you'll have over 100 track layouts and dispositions available to race.
