They will be lucky if they last another 12 months. They have been trying to get capital for quite some time, but their business model is no longer viable. There were some rumors of a possible buyout, but they have so much debt that it just doesn't make sense. They completely underestimated Netflix, Red Box, and digital distribution. By the time they realized their mistake it was to late. They were such a powerhouse 10 years ago. It's hard to believe that they were managed this poorly and will no longer exist.
