Let the spin begin! Common spin I have seen thus far:
1. "This will set Nintendo up for bigger numbers next year"
2. "Metroid: Other M and Zelda: Skyward Sword will boost their numbers like Wii Sports and Wii Fit has"
3. "A price cut is upcoming"
4. "A bundle is upcoming"
5. "This loss is due to "fill in the blank""
The spin never stops just like all of our opinions.
My opinion, this is nothing major and is due to the DS losing steam along with R&D costs for the 3DS and a possible Wii 2. I know some will fret in comparison to Sony's numbers, but if Sony were in the same position of investing in developing a new handheld and possibly a successor to the PS3, then their quarterlys would not be so hot either.
