Great news for those who can understand Japanese...
TOGf will never make it over, RM2 didn't leave japan, so 3 won't either, and the new game has a chance to be localized only if it's fully 3D and developed by Team Symphonia.
I seriously recommend that nobody here get their hopes up. Namco have been screwing over Western gamers out of Tales games long before this generation of consoles, and with their American branch seemingly in financial trouble, I wouldn't be surprised if they only focus on localizing their moneymakers from this point on.
